While here at Batch 206 Distillery we produce our whiskey from scratch utilizing locally sourced Washington grains, we also keep an eye towards the barreling and blending of incredible whiskeys we find throughout the world. In our travels when and if we find something special,  we taste, we haggle and then purchase limited amounts of this curated spirit. We then re-barrel in our freshly spent Old Log Cabin barrels and after up to two years later we blend and bottle our found double-barreled Whiskey.

The result is nothing short of remarkable.
