“A new tradition just like the old tradition”

Carefully made on the shores of breathtaking Elliott Bay. Our final product is separately distilled utilizing both molasses and panela sugar. After barreling in our freshly dumped Old Log Cabin barrels we age accordingly with our solera system and then blend depending on whether or not we are are making of platinum, blond or dark rum. Our rums are complex and thoroughly enjoyable.
